ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to regularize the service of the petitioner on the basis of the proposal dated 06.06.2022 sent through the second respondent by the third respondent and consequently direct the 1st respondent to promote him to the post of Fertilizer Salesman / Attender and pay the monthly salary including arrears from the month of August 2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Considering the fact that request of the petitioner for promotion had been recommended by the third respondent to the first respondent as early as on 06.06.2022, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner as recommended by the third respondent in his communication dated 06.06.2022 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed. 11.09.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No pnn 3/4
