Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the prayer as sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous. Learned Counsel has made an endorsement to that effect, which reads as under: "As per my client instruction the prayer of the writ petition become infructuous."
2. Recording the same, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
