Heard both sides.

2.All that the petitioner seeks is consideration of the petition mentioned representation. He wants some error to be rectified which had occurred during UDR survey in respect of the petition mentioned land. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the second respondent had already conducted an enquiry in this regard and forwarded report to the first respondent. It is for the first respondent to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is made clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. 3.This writ petition is disposed of. No costs. 01.11.2023 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No MGA 2/4
