2. The petitioner's father was running a financial establishment. The establishment had committed a default. Prosecution was initiated under the provisions of the TANPID Act. Properties were also attached. During the pendency of this proceedings, the petitioner's father passed away. The competent authority/District Revenue Officer, Trichy, filed OA No.5/2013 before the Special Court under the TANPID Act, Madurai, and obtained an order on 26.05.2015 for permission to sell the attached properties. The grievance of the petitioner is that in the said OA, only some of the legal heirs were brought on record and that the petitioner was excluded. According to the petitioner's counsel, there is suppression.

3. The only relief sought for in the writ petition is that the representation given by the petitioner before the respondent should be considered. It is for the respondent to take a call in the matter. It is for the

petitioner to challenge the order dated 26.05.2015 made in OA No.5/2013 and obtain appropriate relief. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
