Prayer in Crl.OP(MD)No.14706 of 2022:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners by the learned Principal Sessions Court, Dindigul in Crl.M.P.No.2308 of 2022, dated 03.08.2022. ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.Sebastian, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.T.Senthil Kumar, Additional Public Prosecutor, for the Respondent, this Court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.14706 of 2022, dated 16.09.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.14706 of 2022, dated 16.09.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on 05.01.2023 and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
