COMMON ORDER 1.1. W.P.(MD) No.10583 of 2017 has been filed to quash the proceedings of the first respondent dated 22.12.2015 and direct him to approve one S.Nagaraja Perumal's secretary-ship. 1.2. W.P.(MD) No.17960 of 2017 has been filed for a mandamus to direct the respondent to take on file the Form VII, filed by the petitioner as the President as per the resolution dated 27.05.2015. 1.3. W.P.(MD) No.18880 of 2017 has been filed to quash the proceedings of the first respondent dated 26.09.2017.
2. I have heard the respective learned counsels.
3. Considering the fact that the prayers sought for in all these writ petitions relate to appointment of Secretary to the Lekshmipuram College of Arts and Science, which period had already expired and also taking
into consideration the fact that subsequently an election had been conducted pursuant to the orders of this Court, which is also subject matter of another writ petition, nothing survives to be adjudicated in these writ petitions and accordingly, these Writ Petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
