ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the impugned proceeding issued by the 1st respondent herein No. Nil dated Nil, quash the same and further direct the respondents herein to provide the petitioner's certificate of TNTET Exam 2017, Paper-II.

2. Heard the learned counsels on either sides and carefully perused the materials available on record.

3. However, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the 1st respondent, Mr.V.R.Shanmuganathan, submitted that they have already issued a TET certificate and the same is in the custody of the 2nd respondent. The learned Government Advocate, Mr.T.Amjad Khan, appearing for the 2nd respondent submitted that they will forthwith issue the same to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the writ petitioner is directed to approach the 2nd respondent for receipt of the same. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
