ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondents for their wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.5207 of 2018 dated 25.03.2019.

2.It is seen from the records that the petitioner's representation dated 24.02.2018 came to be considered by the respondents by order dated 30.07.2019 and therefore, it cannot be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Cont.P.(MD) No.1884 of 2019 said that there is disobedience of the earlier order passed in W.P.(MD) No.5207 of 2018, wherein, a direction was given to the respondents only to the effect that they should consider the petitioner's representation, dated 24.02.2018. 3.In view of such compliance, this Contempt Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 30.07.2019, if he is so aggrieved. No costs.
