PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the Respondents 1 and 2 herein to provide adequate police protection at the time of erection and completion of the culvert and inscription of names of the Donors at Arulmighu Vishnu and Durgayamma Temple situated at Atirampatti Village, in view of the order in S.A.(MD) No.56 of 2023 on the basis of the 1/4

Side) O RDER This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the Respondents 1 and 2 herein to provide adequate police protection at the time of erection and completion of the culvert and inscription of names of the Donors at Arulmighu Vishnu and Durgayamma Temple situated at Atirampatti Village, in view of the order in S.A.(MD) No.56 of 2023 on the basis of the representation dated 19.06.2023 within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.It is submitted that in respect of the very same subject matter, Crl.O.P. (MD).No.

11040 of 2022 was fled by one Arumuga Nayanar, that was disposed of with a direction to the respondent to consider the representation and pass orders on own merits. The above said enquiry file also produced, wherein, it was found that the above said representation was closed by directing the parties to workout their remedy in S.A.No.56 of 2023. But, those matters have been disposed of.

3.Let the above said representation be enquired and pass orders in the light of the above said order passed by this Court. 4.Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands disposed of unnecessary.
