2. The petitioner is the mother of the detenu. The detenu is said to be missing since 07.08.2023. A complaint was lodged in this regrd. It was registered as Crime No.320 of 2023 by the second respondent. It appears that the petitioner's son left the home due to some misunderstanding.

3. We are satisfied that this is not a case of illegal detention. It is for the petitioner to pursue her remedy with the second respondent. This Habeas Corpus petition is dismissed.
