Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KARTHICK R J, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.T.SENTHIL KUMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.18259 of 2022, dated 13.10.2022. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the case against the petitioner has been transferred to CBCID, Tirunelveli Police Station. 4.Considering the said submissions and nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.18259 of 2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the CBCID, Tirunelveli Police Station once in a week i.e., on every Saturday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.
