JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by S.TAMILVANAN,J) Aggrieved by the order dated 02.02.2011 passed in H.M.O.P.No.598 of 2008 on the file of the Family Court, Madurai, the present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been filed. 2.During the pendency of the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, the parties to the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal settled the dispute by way of compromise and to that effect, a joint memo of compromise was filed by both the parties signed by them along with respective counsel on 24.03.2015.

3.In view of the consensus arrived at between them and the joint memo of compromise filed by both the parties, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is ordered in terms of the compromise deed. The said joint memo of compromise shall form part of the judgment. No costs. Consequently, M.P.(MD)No.1 of 2011 is closed.
