Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 to 3.

2. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to respondents 4 to 6 is dispensed with.

3. All that the petitioner wants is disposal of the petition mentioned revision petition. No exception can be taken to the said request.

4. The second respondent is directed to pass final order on the petition mentioned revision petition on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The second respondent is obliged to issue notice not only to the private respondents herein but also to the 2/4
