The learned counsel for the petitioner is present. The learned counsel for the first respondent/the plaintiff made a representation that the suit in O.S.No. 131 of 2011 on the file of the District Munisif Court, Kulithalai was transferred to the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Krishnarayapuram pursuant to the proceedings of the learned District Judge, Karur in A.No. 10/2021/A1, dated 27.01.2021 and was renumbered as O.S.No.9 of 2021. He further submits that said O.S.No.9 of 2021 was disposed of by the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Krishnarayapuram on 30.06.2023 and therefore, the present Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

2. In view of the above, nothing survives in the present Civil Revision Petition for consideration. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is Page No. 2 of 4

dismissed as infructuous. No cost. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
