Village, Ambasamudram Taluk, Tirunelveli District based upon the title deed in Dov.No.1467 of 1942 , dated 20-08-1942 by changing the classification as "Natham" on considering the representation of the petitioners dated 04.09.2023 within the time frame to be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioners seek natham patta in respect of the petition mentioned land.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions states that the petitioners at best may be entitled to patta for 35 cents of land and not for the entire 80 cents of land.

4.I do not want to go into the merits of the matter. The Tahsildar, Ambasamudram is directed to pass a formal order on the petitioners' 2/4

application and communicate the same to the petitioners within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
