ORDER

The present Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 148 days in filing the Civil Revision Petition against the fair and decreetal order made in I.A.No.1 of 2022 in O.S.No.535 of 2016 on the file of the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Palani.

2.Heard Mr.D.Venkatesh for the petitioner and Mr.K.R.Laxman, for the respondent.

3.Mr.K.R.Laxman has no objection for allowing this application. 4.Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the delay is condoned on condition that the petitioners pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the respondent/Muthoot Finance Limited, within one week from today, failing which the petition stands dismissed without further notice to this Court.

5. On such payment, Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition and list the matter for admission in the usual course. The Registry shall also print the name of Mr.K.R.Laxman for the respondent, in the cause list.
