CRL MP(MD) No.15360 of 2022 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to personal inconvenience, petitioner was not able to file the appeal in time. Because of that reason, there is a delay of 191 days. 3.In view of the above situation, this petition is allowed and the delay is condoned.
