ORDER

The second respondent has applied for electricity service connection to the well situated in S.No.133/37 in Sirumangalapatti Village, Illuppur Taluk, Pudukottai District. Therefore, the petitioner has filed this writ petition for a Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent not to provide electricity service connection to the second respondent.

2. Today, when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. However, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Board submits that the service connection was already effected to the well situated in S.No.133/37 in Sirumangalapatti Village, Illuppur Taluk, Pudukottai District on 31.01.2022. 2/4
