This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the contemnor/respondent for his deliberate and wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court dated 30.06.2022 in W.P.(MD)No.3347 of 2021.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.3347 of 2021 dated 30.06.2022 has been complied with by the respondent, vide order, dated 22.02.2025. A copy of the same has also been received by the petitioner.

3. Mr.F.Deepak, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondent submitted that as the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondent, the respondent may be discharged from the contempt proceedings and the Contempt Petition may also be disposed of.

Accordingly, after perusal of the order passed by the respondent, dated 22.02.2025, this Court satisfied that the direction issued by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.3347 of 2021, dated 30.06.2022, has been complied with by the respondent and no useful purpose will be served in continuing the present contempt proceedings against the respondent. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is disposed of and the respondent is discharged from the contempt proceedings. No costs. The file is consigned to record.
