Prayer in Crl.A(MD)No.619 of 2022:- This Criminal Appeal is filed under Section 14-A(2) of Scheduled Caste & Scheduled Tribes (POA) Amendment Act, 2015, to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed in Crl.M.P.No.1994 of 2022 on the file of the II Additional Sessions Judge (PCR), Tirunelveli, dated 28/09/2002 and set aside the same as illegal and arbitrary and enlarge the appellant/A1, in Crime No.377 of 2022 on the file of the respondent, on bail, by allowing the appeal.

ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. V. Kathirvelu, Senior Counsel For Mr. K. Prabhu, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. R. Suresh Kumar, Government Advocate for the 1st & 2nd respondents, this Court made the following order: "This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A(MD) No.619 of 2022 on 31.10.2022.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied the condition regularly and voice record has been sent to expert opinion for examination. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.A(MD) No.619 of 2022 on 31.10.2022 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in fifteen days at about 10.30 a.m., until further orders."
