O RDER This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent police to File the Final Report by considering the petitioner representation dated 12.10.2023 in connection with Crime No.177 of 2018 on the file of the 2nd respondent police.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that after completing the investigation charge sheet is made ready and it will be filed within a short time after completing the official formalities.

3.Let the above said final report be filed by the second respondent before the concerned Court within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report, if so aggrieved.
