Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsement so made, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this petition and accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is given to the petitioner to file a fresh proper application and other questions are left open. No costs.
