This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to remove the petitioner name in the history sheet maintained in the file of the fourth respondent in H.S.No.12 of 2012 and consequentially drop all proceedings with regard to execution of bond for good behavior as if the petitioner is a habitual offender by invoking Sections 109 and 110 Cr.P.C. by considering the petitioner's representation dated 16.11.2022.
2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Government Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2/4
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the writ petitioner's representation dated 16.11.2022 will be considered in the next meeting scheduled to be held in January 2023.
4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second respondent is directed to consider the writ petitioner's representation dated 16.11.2022 and pass orders in accordance with law in the next meeting scheduled in the Month of January 2023.
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No cost.
