ORDER
The petitioner society was running a girls' hostel at West Car Street, Thiruchuli, Virudhunagar District from the year 2015. The hostel was closed 2/5
during May 2017 due to the summer vacation. While so on 17.05.2017 the 5th respondent sealed the hostel. In the meanwhile an order dated 16.05.2017 has been passed that the petitioner should obtain permission from the 4th respondent to re-open the hostel. 2.When the writ petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the petitioner was running the hostel in the rented building and subsequently the petitioner had vacated the said premises. Now in the said place the District Munsif and Judicial Magistrate Court, Tiruchuzhi is functioning.
3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner is not running the hostel in the place, he is not pressing for the relief sought for in this writ petition.
4.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
