PRAYER: Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation to some other Agency to conduct further enquiry on the Complaint made by the Petitioner dated 01.09.2023, 29.09.2023 and 07.10.2023, pending on the file of the 2nd and 3rd respondents within time stipulated by this Court. This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for transfer of investigation.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has already handed over the bundle and he has given the change of vakalat.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the 2/4

complaint was enquired and it was closed. The relevant documents were placed before this Court.

4.Recording the above, this Writ Petition stands closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved, it is left open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
