ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the return of the application filed by the revision petitioner to mark a xerox copy of the patta passbook in the name of the first defendant as defendants' side exhibit.

2.The application has been returned for compliance of defects noted by the Registry. The return is made on the ground that proper prayer is to be mentioned. Without complying the order, this Civil Revision Petition has been filed. 3.I do not find any illegality or perversity in the order of returning the application filed by the petitioner. It is for the petitioner to comply with the defects noted by the Registry and re-present the petition before the Court.
