COMMON ORDER These Civil Revision Petitions are filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 28.08.2024 passed in I.A.Nos.3, 4 and 5 of 2023 in O.S.No.188 of 2020 on the file of the 1st Additional District Court, Tirunelveli.

2.Pending the matter, this Court on 16.12.2024, passed a detailed conditional order to pay the cost of Rs.2,500/- in respect of each petition by the petitioners to the respondent on or before 09.01.2025. The same was complied. Compliance memo was also filed by the petitioner. 3.Recording the above said compliance, these civil revision petitions stand allowed. No costs. The fair and decreetal order passed by the trial Court, dated 28.08.2024 passed in I.A.Nos.3, 4 and 5 of 2023 in O.S.No.188 of 2020 is hereby set aside. Considering the oldness of the matter, there shall be a direction to the trial Court to complete the trial process and dispose of the matter within a period of six months from the 2/4

date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
