ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 294(b), 420 and 506(i) of I.P.C., in Crime No. Not Known of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent submitted that the petition enquiry is pending against the petitioners. CRL OP(MD). No.19048 of 2019 respondent intends to register an First Information Report against the petitioners, the respondent shall issue notice under Section 41 A of Cr.P.C. to the petitioners.
