Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take necessary action in C.No.468/DCB-II/PDK/2025 on the file of 2nd respondent and to provide protection to the life and limb of petitioner and his family members as well as the petitioner's possession of the properties in T.S.No.7064/1/2/3, situated at Periya Theru, Thirukkokarnam Post, Pudukkottai District on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 19.06.2025. 1/4

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take necessary action on the petitioner's complaint and to provide protection to the petitioner and his family members as well as his possession of the properties in T.S.No.7064/1/2/3, situated at Periya Theru, Thirukkokarnam Post, Pudukkottai District on the basis of his representation dated 19.06.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's complaint was enquired into and closed as it disclosed only a civil dispute.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition stands closed. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the non-registration of FIR, it is open to him to seek appropriate remedy in the manner known to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
