ORDER

This Writ Petition had been filed challenging the order of name transfer effected by the first respondent in the name of the second respondent.

2. It is an admitted case that there are civil disputes between the petitioners and second respondents and with regard to the same, a suit in O.S.No.48 of 2017 had been filed by the second respondent along with another against the petitioner herein.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent that the suit was originally decreed as against which an appeal suit has been filed and pending consideration in A.S.No.17 of 2022 on the file of the Sub-Court Thirumangalam.

4. In view of the same, if the petitioner succeedes in the appeal suit, it is always open to the petitioner to approach the Authorities for retransfer of the service connection in petitioner's name.

5. With the aforesaid liberty, this Writ Petition stands closed. However, there shall be no orders as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition are also closed.
