on file of the 2nd respondent to some other competent agency. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after completing the enquiry, it is pending for legal opinion of Assistant Commissioner.

3.In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, let the process of investigation on the complaint made by the petitioner be completed within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There is no question of transfer of complaint at this stage. 4.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
