The writ petition is filed to quash the order passed by the 1st respondent, dated 02.09.2016 confirming the order passed by the 2nd respondent on 31.10.2012.

2. It is informed by the learned Government Advocate that after the suit had been decreed in favour of the petitioner's son, patta has also been issued in favour of him.
