This Court is informed that third respondent has not chosen to enter appearance through any counsel.

2. Learned counsel representing the counsel on record for writ petitioner submits that the captioned matter has since become infructuous as the tenure has elapsed.

3. Recording the stated position, captioned writ petition is disposed of as closed, making it clear that this Court has not expressed any view or opinion on the merits of the matter in this order and all questions including the questions raised in the captioned writ petition are left open, if need arises to consider the same on a future date.
