This writ petition is filed for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in Na.Ka.No.6789/Pa2/2016, dated 04.01.2017 and to quash the same and further, to direct the respondents to sanction the amount as per the claim.

2.The petitioner has a right to file an appeal before the State Empowering Committee against the order passed by the District Empowering Committee. Therefore, this Court is directing the petitioner to file an appeal against the order, dated 04.01.2017, before the State Empowering Committee. 3.With the above said observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
