ORDER
Heard Mr.T.R.Janarthanam, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Mr.R.Muguan, Learned Government Advocate for Respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.G.Muthukannan, Learned Counsel for the Third Respondent and perused the materials available on record apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Petitioner in this Writ Petition challenges the order in Na.Ka.No.316/2016 dated 09.12.2016 passed by the Third Respondent in favour of the Fourth Respondent for construction of a building for Anganwadi Project at Mangammal Salai in Survey No.131/B at Panagudi Village, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District, just opposite to the Northern Gate of the School of the Petitioner, which would block its entry.

Learned Government Advocate appearing for the First and Second Respondents on instructions states that the aforesaid Anganwadi Project has been dropped by Proceedings of the First Respondent in Se.Mu.Na.Ga.No.2071/Aa3/2014 dated 04.02.2019 and produced a copy of the same. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner acknowledges its receipt. In view of the subsequent events, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition.
