Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, relating to the Notification issued by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings in Advertisement No.562, Notification No.32/2019 dated 18.11.2019 insofar as Clause 4(B)(b) is concerned and to quash the same is illegal and consequentially to direct the 1st respondent to grant exemption to the petitioner who studied S.S.L.C./H.S.C. Without Tamil as one of the language by taking into consideration of pass in Second Class Language Test (Full Test) in Tamil conducted by the 2nd respondent in terms of Section 21(1) of the Tamil Nadu Government Servants (Conditions of Service) Act 2016.

ORDER

The prayer in the present writ petition challenging Clause 4 (B)(b) of the Notification No.32/2019 dated 18.11.2019 came up for consideration in a writ petition being W.P.No.34562 of 2019 before the Principal Bench of this Court, wherein by order dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.26883 of 2019 16.12.2019, the said Clause 4(B)(b) of the Notification No.32/2019 dated 18.11.2019 came to be upheld and the writ petition was dismissed.

2. In view of the orders passed above, it would not be appropriate to take any contrary view. If at all the petitioner is aggrieved against the order, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the said order in the manner known to law.

3. In the light of the above observations, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
