PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the record relating to the impugned order passed by the first respondent in GPF6/I/16-17, dated 22.11.2016 and quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent to disburse the General Provident Fund (GPF Account No.153090) payable to the petitioner forthwith.
