The instant writ petition has been filed by an aided non-minority School, challenging the deployment order issued to a Sewing Teacher on 30.05.2024 by proceedings of the first respondent.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 brought to the notice of this Court that the staff fixation order for the academic year 2023-2024 has been issued on 06.10.2023 and the present deployment order is only a consequential order. He further contended that without challenging the staff fixation order, present deployment order cannot be challenged.

3. On instructions, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks liberty to challenge the staff fixation order. 2/4

4. Granting such liberty, this Writ Petition stands disposed of . There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
