PRAYER: Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code to direct the respondents Nos.3 to 5 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry by considering his representation dated 16.10.2023. For Petitioner :

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondents Nos.3 to 5 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry by considering his representation dated 16.10.2023.

2. Learned Government Advocate submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.44 of 2019 was registered against six persons. During the course of enquiry, it is found that it is a mistake of fact and further action was dropped on 29.11.2023.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that various complaints have been registered against the private respondents herein before various police station. Compulsion was made on the petitioner to withdraw the complaint and hence he was directed to move from one police station to another police station.

4. In view of the closure nothing survives in the matter. Let the papers be served upon the petitioner so that he can work out remedy through appropriate proceedings before the concerned Court.

5. With this liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
