PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the First Respondent to consider the Petitioner's appeal dated 18.11.2016 and direct the Second Respondent to furnish the documents with free of cost as per the Right To Information Act, 2005 Section 7
(6) to the Petitioner as per his request dated 22.07.2016 and consequently, provide the compensation to the petitioner as per The Right To Information Act, 2005 after completing the enquiry within the period stipulated by this Court.

Heard Mr.R.Venkatesan, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Mr.K.K.Senthil, Learned Counsel for the First Respondent, Mr.Mr.M.Rajarajan, Learned Government Advocate for the Second Respondent and perused the materials placed on records, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the First Respondent to consider the Petitioner's appeal dated 18.11.2016, filed by the Petitioner, requiring the Second Respondent to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD)No.1092 of 2017 furnish certain documents.

Learned Government Advocate appearing for the Second Respondent submits that after filing of the Writ Petition, the First Respondent has disposed the appeal filed by the Petitioner by order dated 03.08.2017 passed by the State Information Commissioner in S.A.No.12411/tprhuiz/B/2016 and he has produced copy of the same. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner acknowledges the receipt.

In view of the subsequent events, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed. No costs.
