ORDER

This petition is filed to punish the respondent herein for her wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court, dated Crl.O.P(MD).No.10246 of 2022, dated 13.06.2022.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the order of this Court has been complied with and the final report was filed before the concerned Court, but it has not been taken on file so far. He would further submit that RC notice is also served on the petitioner.

3. Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved with the contents of the final report, he can work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings. 03.04.2023 NCC :
