Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to disburse the petitioner's Employees Provident Fund (EPF in A/c No.8548/For) amount to him with interest within a stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.

ORDER

None appears for the petitioner. But the petitioner was represented by his counsel during the previous hearings. 2.The writ petition has been filed for directing the first respondent to disburse the petitioner's EPF amount to him. On the last occasion, the Government Advocate submitted that a sum of Rs.80,072/- (Rupees Eighty Thousand and Seventy Two only) was credited into the Bank Account Number of the petitioner, on 19.04.2017. This Court called upon the petitioner's counsel to verify the same and also called upon the respondent to produce the proof. Today, the learned Government Advocate produced proof to show that on 19.04.2017 a sum of Rs.80,072/- was credited to the petitioner's savings Bank Account No.31342537648. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD).No.1094 of 2017 3.This Writ petition was filed in January 2017. This credit has taken place in April 2017. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.

4.Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed.
