For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.20/2023 on the file of the respondent police. ORDER:

The petitioner/Accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 448 of IPC and Section 7 1/3

and 8 of POCSO Act, 2012 in Crime No.20 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the earlier petition filed by the petitioner seeking anticipatory bail was dismissed by this Court, by considering the conduct of the petitioner. He further submitted that there is no change in circumstances.

3. Recording the said submission that there is no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant relief to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
