Prayer:- Criminal Revision Case is filed under Section 438 r/w 442 of BNSS Act, to call for the entire records relating to the impugned order in CMP.No.55/2025 in MC.No.13 of 2023 dated 28.07.2025 on the file of the Family Court, Karur and set aside the same.

ORDER

Mr.P.Venkatesan, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he do not want to press this Criminal Revision Case and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Revision Case with liberty to move an application in the pending Criminal Revision Case bearing Crl.R.C.(MD) No.806 of 2024 before this Court. He has also made an endorsement in that regard.

2.Accordingly, in view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to move an application in the pending 2/4

Criminal Revision Case bearing Crl.R.C.(MD) No.806 of 2024 before this Court. Interim order, if any, shall stand vacated and the file is consigned to record.
