ORDER

The prayer in the Writ Petition is to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 01.04.2017.

2. By communication dated 19.06.2024 addressed to the Regional Manager, Legal Committee, had indicated that even though the petitioner's husband had opted for "option B" by considering the request of the petitioner had decided to extend the benefit of "option F" under the policy to the petitioner and also pay the difference amount of a sum of Rs.3,81,921/-. The petitioner's representation was either to grant pension or to return back Rs.6,00,000/-. Now, the Committee of the respondent itself had agreed to pay the said amount under "option F". No further orders are required to be made. However, the third respondent is to disburse the said amount within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. This Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
