ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed against the impugned FIR in Crime No.63 of 2019, dated 19.08.2019, on the file of the second respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first and second respondents would submit that investigation has already been completed and final report has been filed before the Jurisdictional Magistrate. He would further submit that RCS notice was served on the defacto complainant. Page No.2/4

3. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed with liberty to the third respondent to challenge the negative final report filed by the investigating agency. In the event of filing such petition, the jurisdictional Court is hereby directed to consider the same as per law, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioners herein. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
