Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned proceeding issued by the second respondent District Elementary Educational Officer in Na.Ka.No.212/A2/2017 dated 30.03.2017 deploying the petitioner to the sixth respondent school, namely, Saraswathy Vidhyasala Primary School, Virudhunagar, quash the same and further direct the second and third respondents to permit the petitioner to continue in the fifth respondent school viz. Hindu Thevamar Elementary School, Sivakasi, as Secondary Grade Teacher and continue to release the salary and other benefits.

It is represented by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents on instructions that the petitioner, who has challenged the impugned deployment order in this writ petition, has subsequently obeyed the impugned deployment order by joining in the sixth

respondent - School on 30.06.2017. The joining of the petitioner in the sixth respondent - School was also approved by the second respondent by his order dated 19.01.2018.

2. Since the petitioner has complied with the impugned deployment order, the question of granting any further relief in this writ petition does not arise.

3. After recording the aforementioned submission of the learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
