ORDER

The present Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 381 days in filing the above Civil Revision Petition against the judgment and decree passed in E.A.No.38 of 2018 in E.P.No.10 of 2017 in O.S.No.219 of 2005 on the file of the Sub Court Thuraiyur, Trichy District.

2.Heard Mr.C.Suresh Kannan for the petitioner and Mr.H.Lakshmi Shankar, for the respondent.

3.Mr.H.Lakshmi Shankar has no objection for allowing this application.

4.Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the delay is condoned on condition that the petitioners pay a sum of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to Mr.H.Lakshmi Shankar, within one week from today, failing which the petition stands dismissed without further notice to this Court.

5. On such payment, Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition and list the matter for admission in the usual course. The Registry shall also print the name of Mr.H.Lakshmi Shankar for the sole respondent, in the cause list. 15.06.2026 Nsr 2/3
