ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus forbearing the 1st respondent from providing or changing the electricity connection No.0541-50040-278 at Door No.1, Chellappa Chettiar lane, Devakottai Town in the name of the 2nd respondent.

2.The learned counsel for the 2nd respondent submits that the petitioner's property and the 2nd respondent's property are entirely different and in view of the pendency of the writ petition, the service connection has not been given to the 2nd respondent 3.Considering the rival submissions made on either side, this Court directs the 1st respondent to conduct an enquiry with regard to the objection of 2/4

the petitioner and claim of the 2nd respondent and shall take a decision within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
