ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed, invoking Article 227 of the Constitution of India, seeking orders to direct the lower Court to issue challan within a stipulate time in A.No.1945 dated 08.09.2023 to the petitioner.

2.In pursuance of the direction of this Court, the learned V Additional District Judge, Madurai, has submitted his report dated 03.11.2023, stating that the Lodgment Schedule in I.A.No.300 of 2019 in O.S.No.94 of 2004 was filed by the petitioner herein through his counsel Mr.K.Sureshkumar, on 08.09.2023 before this Court and on perusal, it was found that the date of order was not correctly mentioned in the Lodgment Schedule and the same was returned on 16.10.2023. 3.Considering the report of the learned V Additional District Judge, Madurai and also taking note of the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to represent the Lodgment Schedule and on such 2/4

representation, the concerned trial court is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. 4.With the above directions, this civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs.
